We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve any issues within 2 business days.

Domain Registration Complaints
If your complaint relates to a “.UK” domain registration and you feel your complaint has not been handled in a satisfactory manner you may wish to contact the NIC authority (Nominet UK) for further information.
Renewal/Expiry of Domain Names
All domains are renewed on an annual basis or 5 days before expiry date. Our billing department will send domains to the address on account and it is the registrant’s responsibility to make sure their contact details are up to date.
If you do not wish to renew a domain you can cancel via your control panel or by contacting us via our email address or using the contact form. Unless requests to the contrary are received, all domains are renewed automatically approximately 5 days before the domain name expires.
Ifyou wish to move your domain to a different tag then you may do so by emailing us or using the contact form below. The customer acknowledges that, termination of the agreement for any reason will result in UMKYSEO ceasing to provide the applicable services, with the consequences that flow from such cessation, including (but not limited to), deletion of data .e.g. hosting account(s) and mail boxes. UMKYSEO will charge a £10+ VAT fee to administer a tag change.
If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (phishing scams, spam emails etc.), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with as much detail about the abuse. We will investigate your complaint immediately.
